HAPPY THANKSGIVING

We hope that all of you had a wonderful feast with family and friends,yesterday, on this most communal of American Holidays (along with the Fourth of July).  We are giving ourselves and you a week off from the long-running story of our cooking and eating with our family and friends. 

Note:  I wish to God that I had taken a video of Beez chasing that turkey, pictured above, around the yard with an axe.  I will admit that I’m less inclined to argue with her than before.
